Organic Discounters is a new company founded with the goal of making organic produce available to everyone. The Company is operated in association with Planet Organics.
Planet Organics is the oldest and largest organic grocery home delivery service in the Bay Area. It has been serving Bay Area families since 1997 and is family owned and operated.
Organics Discounters is increasing the affordability and availability of organic produce, supporting small family farms in California, and making the benefits of organic food available to more people in the Bay Area.
How it works:
- We deliver fresh organic produce to your door, every week or every other week, depending on the delivery schedule you prefer.
- There is no commitment, no contract to sign, and you can stop your service at anytime.*
- You can choose exactly the produce you want in your delivery as long as you meet our $25.00 minimum order amount.
- If you do not select your produce for a given delivery, we will deliver our Fresh Harvest box to you, picking the best value in-season produce we have.
- We accept payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard). Your card will be charged the day of your delivery.
- We guarantee the quality of our produce. We will refund any spoiled or unsatisfactory produce that is reported to us by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

We do this by PASSING ON TO OUR MEMBERS the distribution efficiencies we gain from using the Planet Organics "strengths" without the additional packaging cost of highly perishable products such as fresh meat, seafood and milk.

The difference between us and a CSA is that you can pick and choose exactly the produce you want in each delivery, we have a much larger selection since we buy from many farms (no local bananas, yet!), and our prices are phenomenal.
